Our role in a transaction
We act as broker between buyer and seller. Commission arrangements are disclosed in writing before a transaction.
Owners and co-brokers
We work directly with lot owners and their authorised representatives. Other licensed brokers may co-broke with us on behalf of a buyer; any sharing of commission is agreed in writing for each transaction.
