Who handles your information
Inquiries sent through LOT FOR SALE are received and handled by Spire Group Properties (PRC License No. 0033251), the licensed real estate brokerage behind this website.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email, message, how you prefer us to reply, and the listing reference you asked about. If you ask us to sell your lot, we also collect the lot details you give us, such as its location, size, asking price and title status. We also collect standard usage data such as pages viewed.
Email verification
We send a 6-digit code to your email to confirm the inquiry is really from you. The code is used only for that check.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry, match you with listings, and arrange viewings. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Spire Group Properties keeps information for these periods:
- Inquiry data: 2–3 years, for customer relationship purposes
- Transaction records: 7–10 years, in compliance with tax and business regulations
- Marketing data: until you opt out or ask us to delete it
- Legal records: as required by Philippine law
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypted (SSL) connections for data sent through this website.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
Under Republic Act No. 10173 you may access, correct, object to processing of, or request deletion of your data. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer through the contact form on this website and choose “Something else”.
